Delete your Mhare AI account

Deleting your account removes from our server, straight away:

• your account (name and email from Google),
• your synced chats, saved messages and business details,
• your sign-ins on all phones, and any remaining Mhare AI Pro days.

We keep payment records (order number, amount, date) without your name or email, because tax and company law requires it. Chats stored on your phone stay there until you delete them in the app or uninstall it. Reports you sent contain no account details and are deleted within 12 months.

Can't sign in?

Email support@mhareai.com from the email address of the account with the subject "Delete my account". We delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.

Delete only some of your data (and keep your account)

In the Mhare AI app:

• One chat: open the menu (☰, top left) → Chats, and tap the bin next to the chat.
• All chats: Settings → Privacy & rules → Delete all my chats.
• A saved message: open it under Saved in the menu and tap Delete.
• Business details: Settings → My business → Clear details.

When you are signed in, what you delete in the app is also deleted from your account on our server the next time the app syncs (straight away when you are online). Customer numbers and reminders are only ever on your phone; "Delete all my chats" removes them too.
