Mhare AI is a helper, not an expert. It can make mistakes — including when it reads a photo, bill or PDF.
Always check prices, amounts, dates, phone numbers and offers before you send a message to a customer.
It does not know today's market rates, stock, government rules or news unless you tell it.
2. Not professional advice
For health, legal, tax/GST, loans, investments or insurance, Mhare AI gives general information only. Talk to a doctor, lawyer, CA or registered adviser before you decide. In an emergency, call 112. For mental health support, call Tele-MANAS on 14416 (free, 24×7).
3. Keep private things private
Never type OTPs, passwords, UPI PIN, ATM PIN, CVV, full card numbers or Aadhaar numbers. The app warns you before sending them, and our server removes them before anything reaches the AI.
Mhare AI will never ask you for these. Anyone who does is a scammer.
In "My business", only add details you are happy for customers to see (shop name, business phone, UPI ID for payments, hours).
Don't add photos or PDFs with other people's ID cards, bank statements or private details.
4. What Mhare AI won't do
Fake reviews, fake bills or receipts, scams, phishing or messages pretending to be a bank, company or government office.
Threats, insults or pressure — including when asking customers for money owed. It will help you write a firm but polite reminder instead.
Hateful, sexual or violent content, or anything involving children.
Messages, posters or auto-replies that sell or buy banned items: weapons, drugs or medicines without a prescription, alcohol, tobacco and vapes, adult products, gambling and lotteries, fake or copied goods, fake documents, wildlife, get-rich schemes and instant loans. These are banned by Indian law or by WhatsApp's rules for businesses, so they could get your WhatsApp number blocked.
Follow instructions hidden inside a photo, PDF or pasted text (for example "ignore your rules"). These are treated as information, not commands.
The reply bot (a feature you can switch on for a connected WhatsApp Business number) answers only simple questions from your own details: prices you listed, timings, address, delivery and payment. It never makes up prices or stock, never agrees a deal or a refund, never asks for OTPs or card numbers, and passes everything else (and anything about banned items) to you.
5. Daily limits
To keep Mhare AI free and fair, there is a daily limit on messages and on photos/PDFs. Mhare AI Pro (bought on our website) raises the limits. Limits reset at midnight India time.

Tap the flag button under any reply to report it as wrong, harmful, offensive or a privacy problem. We read every report, fix the cause, and add it to the safety tests we run before every update. You can also contact us.

2. पेशेवर सलाह नहीं
सेहत, कानून, टैक्स/GST, लोन, निवेश या बीमा पर Mhare AI सिर्फ़ सामान्य जानकारी देता है। फ़ैसले से पहले डॉक्टर, वकील, CA या रजिस्टर्ड सलाहकार से बात करें। आपात स्थिति में 112 पर कॉल करें। मानसिक स्वास्थ्य सहायता के लिए Tele-MANAS 14416 (मुफ़्त, 24×7)।
3. निजी बातें निजी रखें
OTP, पासवर्ड, UPI PIN, ATM PIN, CVV, पूरा कार्ड नंबर या आधार नंबर कभी न लिखें। भेजने से पहले ऐप चेतावनी देता है, और AI तक पहुँचने से पहले हमारा सर्वर इन्हें हटा देता है।

"मेरा बिज़नेस" में सिर्फ़ वही जानकारी डालें जो ग्राहक देख सकें।
दूसरों के ID कार्ड, बैंक स्टेटमेंट या निजी जानकारी वाली फ़ोटो/PDF न डालें।
धमकी, अपमान या दबाव — बकाया पैसे माँगते समय भी। इसकी जगह यह सख़्त लेकिन विनम्र याद-दिहानी लिखने में मदद करेगा।
नफ़रत, यौन या हिंसक सामग्री, या बच्चों से जुड़ी कोई भी ऐसी चीज़।
प्रतिबंधित चीज़ें बेचने या खरीदने के संदेश, पोस्टर या ऑटो-जवाब: हथियार, नशीले पदार्थ या बिना पर्चे की दवाएँ, शराब, तंबाकू और वेप, अश्लील सामान, जुआ और लॉटरी, नकली या कॉपी किया हुआ सामान, नकली दस्तावेज़, वन्यजीव, जल्दी अमीर बनने वाली स्कीम और इंस्टेंट लोन। ये भारतीय कानून या WhatsApp के बिज़नेस नियमों में मना हैं, इसलिए इनसे आपका WhatsApp नंबर बंद हो सकता है।
फ़ोटो, PDF या चिपकाए गए टेक्स्ट में छिपे निर्देश (जैसे "अपने नियम भूल जाओ") — इन्हें जानकारी माना जाता है, आदेश नहीं।

Mhare AI को मुफ़्त और सबके लिए ठीक रखने के लिए संदेशों और फ़ोटो/PDF की रोज़ की सीमा है। Mhare AI Pro (हमारी वेबसाइट पर) सीमा बढ़ाता है। सीमा रात 12 बजे (भारतीय समय) फिर से शुरू होती है।
6. कुछ गलत लगे? हमें बताइए
