Mhare AI™, by Myrvo Technologies Ltd · Effective 18 October 2026
Short version: you sign in with your Google account. Your chats, saved messages and business details are stored in your account so they appear on all your phones, and you can delete the account at any time. We do not show ads or sell your data. Your messages, photos and PDFs are sent to Google's Gemini AI only to write the reply.
Not switched on yet: Mhare AI Pro, "Reminders that ring" and the features in section 2a are built but not switched on. The parts of this page about them apply only once they are switched on.
1. Who we are
Mhare AI is run by Myrvo Technologies Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17034685), registered office Chandos Business Centre, 87A Warwick Street, Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, CV32 4RJ, England ("we", "us").
We are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described here under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and the controller under the UK GDPR and the UK Data Protection Act 2018. We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration number ZC194053.
2. What we collect and why
Your messages. When you send a message, it and the earlier messages in that chat are sent through our server to Google's Gemini API so the AI can write a reply. Before sending, our server removes anything that looks like a card number, Aadhaar number, OTP, CVV, password or PIN. Apart from your chats in your account (see below), our server does not keep a copy of your messages.
Photos and PDFs you add. Sent through our server to Google's Gemini API so the AI can read them, then discarded. Our server does not keep them. The app keeps a small preview of a photo in the chat on your phone only; your account keeps just the file's name. Please don't add photos or PDFs with other people's private details, ID cards or bank statements.
Your business details (optional). If you fill in "My business" (for example shop name, phone number, UPI ID), they are saved on your phone and in your account, and sent with your messages to Google's Gemini API so replies include them. You can change or clear them in Settings → My business.
Chat history and saved messages. Saved in your phone's app storage and in your account. You can delete them at any time in the app.
Your Google account. To use Mhare AI you sign in with Google. We receive your name, email address and a Google account code from Google. We store them with your chats, saved messages and business details so they sync between your phones, and a scrambled sign-in code that keeps you signed in for up to 90 days. We use your email only to identify your account and to reply if you contact us.
App lock (optional). If you set a PIN, it is kept on your phone only, in scrambled form, and is never sent to us. If you turn on fingerprint unlock, your phone checks your fingerprint (or face or screen lock) itself; we never receive it.
If you buy Mhare AI Pro (website only). Payment is handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. We store the order number, amount, date and payment status with your account. We keep these payment records for as long as tax and company law in the UK and India requires (usually 6 to 8 years), even if you delete your account; your email is removed from them when you delete your account.
Anonymous usage counts. We count, per day, which shortcuts and buttons are used, which reply language is chosen and how many photos or PDFs are sent, to improve the app. These counts contain no device code, no account, no network address and no message text.
A random device code and a scrambled network address. Used only to count messages each day, keep the service free, control costs and stop misuse. Both are scrambled (hashed) before they are stored. Daily counts are replaced every day; for each scrambled device code we keep only the first and last day it was used.
Reports you choose to send. If you tap "Report", we receive the reply, your question and anything you write, to fix problems and improve safety. We keep reports for up to 12 months.
Our legal reasons (UK GDPR): we use your data to provide the service you ask for; with your consent for optional features such as signing in; for our legitimate interests in keeping the service safe, controlling costs and improving it; and to meet legal duties such as keeping payment records.
We do not collect your contacts or location. If you pick a contact or type a customer's number to send a message on WhatsApp, the number is used only on your phone to open WhatsApp. The last 5 numbers, and the customer each chat was sent to, are kept on your phone so you can send again quickly; they are never sent to us (not even when you sign in), and "Delete all my chats" removes them. Your usual answers to the shortcut questions, and follow-up reminders you set (with the customer's name and number), are also kept only on your phone; "Delete all my chats" removes them too. If you share a message into Mhare AI from another app (for example a customer's WhatsApp message), it is handled on your phone and is only sent to the AI if you tap "Write it". WhatsApp auto-replies the AI writes for you are kept on your phone. If you tap "Tell me when it's ready" on a feature that is coming soon, that choice is kept on your phone; we only receive an anonymous count, with no device code or account. If you turn on "Reminders that ring", we keep this phone's notification address (from your browser's push service) and the dates that have a follow-up, so we can ring your phone on those days. Never the customer's name, number or message. Turning it off, or uninstalling the app, deletes it. Posters are drawn on your phone: a photo you add to a poster is never uploaded, and only the words you type are sent to the AI to write the poster text. The app uses your camera or photos only when you choose to add a photo, and the microphone only when you tap the microphone button. You can see these permissions, allow them or find how to turn them off in Settings → Permissions; a photo you take stays on your phone until you send it.
2a. Features you connect (only if you choose to)
Some features connect Mhare AI to your own business accounts. They need you to sign in, they are off until you connect them, and you can disconnect them at any time in the app (which also asks Meta or Google to remove Mhare AI's access).
Your WhatsApp Business number (Send without copy-paste). When you connect it through Meta's sign-up window, messages your customers send to that number come to our server from Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. We keep each message only until your phone has collected it (at most 7 days), then delete it; your phone keeps the conversation (never synced to your account). To follow WhatsApp's 24-hour reply rule, we keep the time each customer last wrote, with their number stored only in scrambled (hashed) form, for up to 3 days. Replies you send go from your number through Meta. For these messages we act on your behalf (as your processor): your customers' data belongs to your business, and you are responsible for following WhatsApp's Business and Commerce policies with your customers.
The reply bot (if you switch it on). A customer's message to your connected number, your business details and the notes you write for the bot are sent to Google's Gemini API to decide whether it can answer a simple question (price, timing, address, delivery, payment). Before that, anything that looks like a card number, Aadhaar number, OTP, CVV, password or PIN is removed. The answer is sent to the customer from your number. Questions it can't answer are left for you, with a short note to the customer if you set one.
Ring when a customer writes (optional). We keep this phone's notification address with your account, to ring it when a customer writes. The notification carries no message.
Your Facebook Page and Instagram account (Post to Instagram & Facebook). When you connect them through Facebook's window, we keep the Page's name and ID, your Instagram username and an access token. When you tap "Post now", we receive the poster picture and caption, keep the picture at a private link for at most one hour so Instagram and Facebook can fetch it, and delete it as soon as it has been posted.
Your Google Business Profile (Google Maps posts). When you connect it through Google's window, we keep your listing's name and address and an access token. When you post, we send the text (and a poster picture, kept for at most one hour as above) to Google.
Access tokens for these accounts are stored encrypted. Disconnecting a feature, or deleting your account, deletes them and everything listed above straight away. You can also remove Mhare AI's access in your Facebook settings (Business Integrations) or Google account (Third-party access); if you do, we delete what we hold for that connection.
3. Who processes your data for us
Google (Gemini API) creates the AI replies and reads photos and PDFs. We use Google's paid service, under which Google does not use your content to train its AI. Google may keep it for a limited time to detect abuse, under the Gemini API terms.
Google (Sign in with Google) confirms who you are when you sign in.
Google (Business Profile), only if you connect your Google listing, under Google's privacy policy.
We are based in the United Kingdom, and these providers may process data on servers in other countries, including outside India and the UK. Where the law requires, we use contracts with data protection safeguards for these transfers.
4. How long we keep data
Account data (name, email, synced chats, saved messages, business details): until you delete it or your account. If you don't use your account for 2 years, we may delete it after warning you by email.
Payment records: as required by law (see above).
Reports: up to 12 months.
Connected features: customer messages until your phone collects them (at most 7 days); the scrambled time each customer last wrote, up to 3 days; poster pictures for posting, at most 1 hour; connections and their tokens until you disconnect or delete your account.
5. Your choices and rights
Delete any chat, or all chats, in the app. Uninstalling the app removes what is stored on your phone.
Delete your account: in the app, Settings → Account & sync → Delete account, or on the web at mhareai.com/delete-account. This deletes your account, synced chats, saved messages and business details from our server straight away. Any remaining Pro days are lost.
You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your data and stopping use of the app.
You can ask us about, correct or erase data we hold about you, and nominate someone to act for you, by contacting our Grievance Officer below. We reply within 30 days.
Under the UK GDPR you also have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to our use of your data, and to get a copy of it in a common format.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India, or to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
6. Children
Mhare AI is only for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly process data of children. If you believe a child has used Mhare AI, contact us and we will delete their data.
7. Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Sign-in codes are stored only in scrambled form. You can lock the app with a PIN or fingerprint (Settings → App lock). If a data breach affects you, we will inform you, the Data Protection Board of India and, where required, the UK Information Commissioner's Office, as the law requires.
