Refund & Cancellation Policy

What you buy

Mhare AI Pro is a prepaid pass of higher daily limits on messages and photos/PDFs, either monthly (₹199 for 30 days) or yearly (₹1,999 for 365 days). Prices include all taxes. It is a digital service; nothing is shipped.

Delivery

Pro starts on your account as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within a minute. You can check it in the app under Settings → Mhare AI Pro.

Pay once, or renew every year — your choice

Pay once: monthly and yearly passes do not renew by themselves and we never charge you again automatically. The app reminds you on its home screen 7 days before your pass ends. When your pass ends, your account goes back to the free plan. You can stop using Pro at any time; there is no cancellation fee.

Renew every year (only if you choose it): the yearly plan is charged again each year until you cancel. Your bank or UPI app notifies you before each charge. Cancel any time in the app (Settings → Mhare AI Pro → Cancel auto-renew) or from your UPI app's mandates list; there is no fee, Pro stays until the end of the year already paid, and nothing more is charged.

Bought in the Google Play app?

Purchases made inside the Mhare AI app from Google Play are paid through Google Play. Cancel a yearly plan in the Play Store app → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Refunds for Google Play purchases are handled under Google Play's refund policy (in the Play Store or at play.google.com); if Google refunds a purchase, the Pro time it gave ends.

Refunds

• Pro did not start, or you were charged twice: we refund the extra or failed payment in full. Usually Razorpay sends failed payments back to you automatically.
• Changed your mind: write to us within 7 days of buying a monthly or yearly pass, or of a yearly plan starting or renewing, and we will refund that payment in full. This is limited to one refund per account.
• We stop Pro permanently: we refund the unused full days of active passes.
• Other than this, unused days are not refunded, including when you delete your account.

To ask for a refund, email support@mhareai.com from the email address of your Google account, with the date and amount (or the Razorpay payment ID from your receipt). Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
