Terms of Use

1. Using Mhare AI

By using Mhare AI you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Safety & limits page. You must be 18 or older.

2. AI can be wrong

Replies are written by AI and may be incorrect, incomplete or out of date, including when it reads a photo or PDF. Check prices, amounts, dates and anything important before you rely on it or send it to customers. Mhare AI does not give professional medical, legal, tax or financial advice.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use Mhare AI to:

• break any law, or cheat, threaten or harass anyone (including when asking for money owed);
• create fake reviews, fake bills or receipts, scams, phishing messages or misleading claims;
• pretend to be another person, business, bank or government body;
• create sexual, hateful or violent content, or anything involving children;
• upload other people's private details, ID cards or documents without their permission;
• trick the AI into ignoring its safety rules, overload, copy or attack the service.

Banned items. Do not use Mhare AI to sell, buy, advertise or arrange: weapons, ammunition or explosives; illegal drugs, medicines without a prescription or "miracle cures"; alcohol, tobacco, gutka or e-cigarettes; adult or sexual products and services, dating or escort services; gambling, betting, lotteries or real-money games; fake or copied branded goods, stolen goods or fake documents; wildlife, animal parts or exotic pets; get-rich schemes, chit funds, multi-level marketing, instant loans or crypto investments; or anything else that is illegal in India. This list follows Indian law and WhatsApp's own rules for businesses, so following it also protects your WhatsApp number. Mhare AI will not write these messages.

We may limit or block use that breaks these rules.

4. Your content

You own what you write and upload, and the replies you receive, and you are responsible for how you use them. You must have the right to upload any photo or PDF you add.

5. Accounts

To use Mhare AI you sign in with your Google account. Keep your Google account secure; you are responsible for activity in your account. You can delete your account at any time (Settings → Account & sync, or on the web).

6. Free plan, Mhare AI Pro and limits

Mhare AI is free with daily limits on messages and on photos/PDFs. Mhare AI Pro raises these limits for a fixed period: a monthly pass or a yearly pass, paid once, or a yearly plan that renews automatically if you choose it. The price (including taxes), the period and the limits are shown before you pay. Pro:

• is bought on our website through Razorpay, and works in any Mhare AI app or browser where you sign in with the same Google account;
• starts as soon as payment is confirmed; buying again adds the new period to the end of your current pass (you can buy ahead while less than about a year is left);
• if you pay once, does not renew automatically — you are never charged again unless you choose to buy again;
• if you choose "Renew every year", is charged again each year at the price shown when you started (taxes included) through a UPI or card mandate. Your bank or UPI app tells you before each charge, as RBI rules require. You can cancel any time in the app (Settings → Mhare AI Pro → Cancel auto-renew) or in your UPI app; Pro then stays until the end of the year already paid, and nothing more is charged. Deleting your account cancels it too;
• if bought in the Google Play app, is paid through Google Play under Google Play's terms; a yearly plan bought there renews until you cancel it in Google Play (Play Store → Payments & subscriptions), and refunds for Google Play purchases follow Google Play's refund policy;
• is subject to our Refund & cancellation policy.

Daily limits protect the service from misuse and may be lowered for everyone for a short time if the service is overloaded. We may change features, limits or prices; changes never affect a pass you have already bought.

6a. Features you connect

Some features connect Mhare AI to your WhatsApp Business number, your Facebook Page and Instagram account, or your Google Business Profile. They are available only after we switch them on, and only if you connect them yourself. When you use them:

• you confirm you are allowed to connect those accounts, and you follow the rules of WhatsApp (including the WhatsApp Business and Commerce policies), Meta and Google for them. Message customers only about things they asked for or agreed to receive;
• replies sent from your WhatsApp Business number are your messages. WhatsApp allows free-form replies only within 24 hours of the customer's last message; Mhare AI will not send outside that window. Meta's own charges, if any, are between you and Meta;
• the reply bot, if you switch it on, answers simple questions automatically from your business details and your notes, and passes other questions to you. You are responsible for keeping those details and notes correct; switch the bot off if they are out of date;
• posts to Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps go out only when you tap "Post now", and become public on those services;
• we may limit how many replies, bot answers and posts a shop can send each day, and Meta or Google may refuse a message or post under their own rules.

7. Service changes and pauses

We may pause the AI for a short time for safety, maintenance or to control costs. If we stop Mhare AI Pro permanently, we will refund unused full days of active passes.

8. Liability

Mhare AI is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, Myrvo Technologies Ltd is not liable for losses caused by relying on AI replies, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

9. Trademarks

Mhare AI™, the Mhare AI logo and the "m" symbol are trademarks of Myrvo Technologies Ltd. You may not use them for your own products, apps, websites or business names, or in a way that suggests we endorse you, without our written permission.

10. Law and contact

Mhare AI is provided by Myrvo Technologies Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17034685). These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in India, this does not take away any protection you have under Indian consumer law, and you may bring a claim in the courts where you live. Questions: see Contact us.
